[1.16.5] Forge 31.1.11+ and Tinker's Construct loading error

After updating to forge 31.1.11, I can't use this mod and Tinker's Construct at the same time (see screenshot). This is because of this merge: MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge#7710

Downgrading to forge 31.1.9 fixes this issue.
