One of your mods has an outdated WAILA API included. This is technically a bug in WAILA but there is still nothing I can do about it. You need to remove the WAILA api from the offending mod.

It was caused by Railcraft plugin, I was disable that in config, and problem has been solved.

There is no issue with the Railcraft plugin, that's just where the code that NEEDS the new API exists.
