walljump-fabric-1.3.3+1.16.1 - Cannot disable enchantments

Running walljump-fabric-1.3.3+1.16.1 and Fabric Server 0.6.1.45 .

Disabled enchantments in the config on both server and client but they still show up in enchanting table.
