Tendrils trinket doesn't detect players

Describe the bug
The Warden Tendrils trinket does not highlight players when they make noises.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install Warden Loot
- Join a game with another player
- Wear the Tendrils trinket
- Let the other player make noises
Expected behavior
Highlight the other player when they make noises
