[1.12.2 and 1.11.2] City Ruins not Spawning

The biome itself spawns but the actual ruined city buildings do not. This might be an issue that stems back to the original 1.9.4/1.10 port by Kino, but it needs to be fixed either way!
hi i found the cause of this bug... they uh dont exist. The 1.10 port just didn't port them over and so they dont exist in this port either.
Not really working on mods anymore… If i find the time and motivation i might get back to this mod at some point, but no promises.

If you're not working on it maybe hand it to another user? So you don't have to at least worry about it, and so we can still enjoy this mod without it being super outdated/not working to the needs of modpacks.
