[Compat] Clientside conflict with SecretRoom

SecretRoom is a mod that provide a set of disguising blocks that are useful to hide rooms.
In my WPO test run today a funky behavior always happens, the secret door will always be rendered as a type of fences blocks from other mods, filled with water; One way glass blocks randomly rendered as stone, fences with water, or the one way glass itself.
It looked like a block id shift but I believe It's more a rendering level issue.
