Installed VLC via terminal but the videos dont work. (Failed to Load VLC)

Hellow, i'am having issues with videos and lives in the mod.

OS: Nobara (Based on Fedora)
Launcher: Prism Launcher
Modpack: All the mods 10 - Neo Forge
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1

I installed VLC via terminal: sudo dnf install vlc
location: /usr/bin/vlc
