[Render thread/ERROR][watermedia/ImageAPI]: Founded directories but custom loading gif is missing

Not a bug, watermedia has an API endpoint to customize the loading gif, from default to CUSTOM user gif

If you dont set the loading gif on the desired path it shows that error and uses the default loading gif
