In 1.12.2 4.0.33, I can't get the teleport button in GUI (one on the inventory screen) to teleport if I turn off use of XP. If I enable Inventory Button Costs XP, it works as expected. If I disable the XP, clicking the ports doesn't do anything - no message, nothing logged, just closes the window. Looks like the condition to check whether to allow the warp needs tweaked.

Great mod and we love using it on our server.
