Describe the Issue

Place five Warp Plates.

1. Attune the first four Warp Plates to the fifth Warp Plate.
2. Insert one Nether Quartz modifier into each Warp Plate. (The same issue occurs if only the fifth Warp Plate has Nether Quartz or all Warp Plates have Nether Quartz.)
3. Drop items repeatedly onto the fifth Warp Plate.

Expected Behavior:
Items should be distributed to the linked Warp Plates in a predictable round-robin order (Plate 1 → Plate 2 → Plate 3 → Plate 4 → repeat).

Actual Behavior:
Items are teleported to the linked Warp Plates in random order, with no visible round-robin sequence.
