The idea is to make config option for channeling time of hearthstone/warpscroll/returnscroll. It would be cool.

If i correctly understand its range is 127 now. Is it possible to increase this value? For example i would increase it to about 200 ticks in my config.

200 ticks are ten seconds, at that point it would just feel as if the items were broken to whoever's trying to use them.
