Freeze and Timed Out Crash when using Waystones [Build: 4.0.54]

I just updated to the latest version (4.0.54) on my SMP server and now we're experiencing a freeze followed by a "Timed Out Crash" when using Waystones. It only seems to happen on the second or third use of the waystones. This did not happen on the previous version: 4.0.43. I'm also not seeing any other error messages besides the Timed Out message (see below). I'm running the latest Forge: 14.23.4.2747.
