Inconsistent "getting stuck" issue with Waystones surrounded by Paths

This happened in another player's server where I was consistently able to teleport to their waystone and get stuck in the dirt path they had set around the base of the waystone. It happens pretty much every time for me.

I tested this with a waystone at spawn with and without path and had the same issue, although I had to teleport a distance away and then back again in order to actually trigger it.

This is the waypoint set up at the other player's location:

And here is the waypoint set up at spawn:

Another player teleported to the one at spawn in front of me and had a few visual glitches. They described it as: "It started jittering a bit like I was getting stuck, but I was able to jump out"

When I removed the paths and replaced them with dirt I no longer had any issue.

The paths were created using Dirt to Path though I'm sure that any vanilla path would do the exact same thing.

Also to note: I was eventually able to jump out of the one about 10-15 seconds after -- it as though my play "Fell through" the block and landed on the one beneath it, at which point I could jump. For the other situation I ended up using my "Rod of the Skies" from Botania to launch myself upwards.

I can see how this is happening, since farmland has similar problems with players getting stuck (that I believe were fixed recently), but I'm having trouble getting it reproduced, even when the chunks were unloaded prior to the teleport.

Also I'm not really sure what I could do to solve it - the player is already getting teleported half a block above the ground to try and prevent issues like this. Maybe the best bet is to see if it'll be better in 1.13 and until then, not use path blocks around waystones.

I believe that's fair, to be honest. Everything else seems to work fine and jettison the player adjacent to the Waystone. Possibly a weird interaction with the bounding box of the path, but I don't really see how that could be an issue as theoretically it should be lower than a normal block -- and if that caused problems...

In summary: don't put paths around your waystones! I'm happy for you to close this if you'd like, or otherwise leave open as a "something to keep an eye on and hope it improves in a future version".

Closing in hopes that 1.14 has fixed the issue.
