Sandy Waystone is Missing a Recipe

Minecraft v1.14.4
Forge v28.1.111
Waystones v5.0.1

The Sandy Waystone is missing it's recipe.
After checking JEI, the recipe for the Sandy Waystone instead gives you a normal Waystone.
