I thought I'd gone into the config and enabled the ability to set all Waystones global, but I apparently didn't save correctly. When I looked at the rename page for the stone it said "Is Global" with no checkbox visible. Just a minor bit of a UI tweak would make this less confusing.

If someone CAN change the global setting, keep the setup as-is, "[ ] Is Global"
However if someone cannot change the setting, instead report the current setting, not just omit the checkbox.
"Stone is Global" or "Stone is Individual" or something like that.

(Sorry we just got done at work with 4 pre-release regression testing weeks, so not trying to be a pain, my brain's just stuck in this mode)

What version was this on? The label incorrectly appearing was fixed in #222 (Waystones 6.0.2).

I'm on 6.0.1, we just setup our server on the 21st, so missed the update by just a couple days. Didn't realize you had that active a development cycle! I'll stick the new version in on the next modpack rebuild I do on the server, thanks!
