I know it's an issue with formatting, but I can't for the life of me find any documentation on how to properly format these names. Any help would be appreciated!

Config file (copy/pasted bc GitHub doesn't support uploading .cfg files):

[common.worldgen]
	#Set to 'DEFAULT' to only generate the normally textured waystones. Set to 'MOSSY' or 'SANDY' to generate all as that variant. Set to 'BIOME' to make the style depend on the biome it is generated in.
	#Allowed Values: DEFAULT, MOSSY, SANDY, BIOME
	worldGenStyle = "BIOME"
	#NOT YET IMPLEMENTED: Set to true if waystones should be added to the generation of villages. THIS OPTION DOES NOT WORK YET.
	addVillageStructure = false
	#Approximate chunk distance between waystones generated freely in world generation. Set to 0 to disable generation.
	#Range: > 0
	worldGenFrequency = 30
	#The Name Generator will pick from these names until they have all been used, then it will generate random ones again.
	customWaystoneNames = ["Akkala", "Eldin", "Hateno", "Lanayru", "Faron", "Hebra", "Tabantha", "Gerudo", "Hyrule", "Sokkala", "Kaepora", "Kanalet", "Ternio", "Torin", "Ukuku", "Ulri", "Lomei", "Malin", "Rist", "Ritaag", "Ordorac", "Tumlea", "Applean", "Aquame", "Carok", "Crenel", "Gleeok", "Helmhead", "Kolomo", "Manhala", "Daphnes", "Gustaf", "Orsedd", "Passeri", "Regencia", "Romani", "Batrea", "Blatchery", "Bonooru", "Bubinga", "Eagus", "Floret", "Hickaly", "Baumer", "Horwell", "Hylia", "Kakariko", "Mable", "Rozudo", "Nabi", "Okale", "Owlan", "Levia", "Proxim", "Sahasra", "Broca", "Cephla", "Darunia", "Gero", "Golow", "Gorko", "Goronbi", "Gotram", "Rabac", "Ferona", "Intenoch", "Medingo", "Darb", "Darman", "Stolock", "Aris", "Atun", "Breman", "Bronas", "Calora", "Cales", "Corta", "Dunsel", "Ebara", "Floria", "Hanu", "Kamah", "Keelay", "Keya", "Koto", "Meda", "Dunsel", "Taran", "Palmorae", "Rabella", "Rassla", "Riola", "Rodai", "Sarjon", "Temto", "Tobio", "Ubota", "Uten", "Yambi", "Cresia", "Gogobi", "Koholit", "Korne", "Rimba", "Soka", "Tornbo", "Birida", "Ruvara", "Hemaar", "Laparoh", "Meadela", "Agaat", "Mystathi", "Nephra", "Risoka", "Rutimala", "Sapphia", "Taafei", "Vatorsa", "Zirco", "Daval", "Karusa", "Koukot", "Granajh", "Nabooru", "Palu", "Starly", "Yarna", "Aldor", "Deplian", "Drenan", "Elma", "Maritta", "Minshi", "Pico", "Ruru", "Rowan", "Salari", "Mekar", "Saria", "Mido", "Camphor", "Quince", "Ebon", "Firly", "Jarrah", "Sumac", "Madorna", "Marblod", "Midla", "Naydra", "Nirvata", "Ovli", "Phalian", "Phandalin", "Pierre", "Quatta", "Rabia", "Retsam", "Robred", "Solewood", "Walnot", "Zelkoa", "Kochi", "Ventest", "Kitano", "Loshlo", "Mapla", "Tenoko", "Biron", "Corvash", "Goflam", "Kilsie", "Pikida", "Rospro", "Shada", "Naw", "Sherfin", "Sturnida", "Talonto", "Kopeeki", "Tama", "Barula", "Cora", "Damel", "Deya", "Dracozu", "Farosh", "Firna", "Fural", "Grinnden", "Guchini", "Haran", "Harfin", "Harker", "Herin", "Malanya", "Menoat", "Faloraa", "Nautelle", "Oseira", "Pagos", "Pappetto", "Parache", "Popla", "Taobab", "Zokassa", "Zonai", "Darybon", "Ibara", "Komo", "Laverra", "Nette", "Brynna", "Horon", "Inogo", "J"a""'"Abu", "Lulu", "Luto", "Oren", "Ploymus", "Ralis", "Rutala", "Samasa", "Tabahl", "Zodobon", "Afromsia", "Ankel", "Davdi", "Lodrum", "Talus", "Tarm", "Tingel", "Wintre", "Bannan", "Boné", "Goponga", "Kincean", "Linebeck", "Mercay", "Mikau", "Millennio", "Molida", "Rebonae", "Rikoka", "Rutala", "Ruto", "Telta", "Thims", "Toto", "Zorana", "Zauz", "Zelo", "Dalite", "Illumeni", "Irch", "Jeddo", "Lindor", "Ludfo", "Rhoam", "Nima", "Rutile", "Sanidin", "Satori", "Seres", "Tamio", "Tanagar", "Washa", "Cuho", "Dronco", "Gisa", "Kolami", "Totori", "Nero", "Piper", "Rayne", "Rospro", "Strock", "Brazen"]

"J"a""'"Abu" is the problematic entry. Each entry must be inside quotes, and if quotes are inside the entries, they must be written as \".
