Global waystones not available for every player.

We're using global waystones on our server so people can visit each other homes.
However not all points are available for everybody, some points are forgotten or have to be reactivated by the player.
Also global waystone at spawnpoint doesnt work.
Fix still hasn't been released but closing this so it doesn't take up space anymore
i'm planning on upgrading our server to the latest release that just came out a couple days ago. hopefully it fixes this issue. meanwhile, i've had to tell all new players we're in "RPG Mode", where you have to go on an adventure to the location to manually activate the waystone there before you can fast-travel back, like in Skyrim.
Unable to reproduce, does this still happen on the latest version? Can you provide step-by-step instructions that result in the issue?
hoping to upgrade to the new version this weekend. i apologize if i came off snarky before. i meant no disrespect. this is one of my favorite mods and i know that mod dev is an often-thankless job. i appreciate all of your hard work.

By being unable to access it, do you mean it shows up in the list but when clicking the button in the list nothing happens? Is the button shown as active? Is anything posted to the log when it is clicked?
just a follow-up, i updated the waystones today, and it's still happening. i started up the server and while everyone was offline, and i was the only person online, i deleted a waystone, re-placed it, and set it to global. then i had people join into the server and try to access that waypoint. they could all see it, but none of them could access it.
yes, they can see it, but when they click on it, nothing happens. nothing shows up in the log.
just an update, i installed the new version of the mod today on a development version of our server. i deleted the waystone data file altogether, thus deleting all of the waystones. i placed one new waystone at a remote location, then had a player come online. using their warpstone this time, they tried to access the waystone i had placed. again, they could see it in the listing, but when they selected it, they could not teleport to it. this time, however, the first time they tried to access it we got an error that said "Rejected teleport due to predicate". after that, however, there were no further errors if they tried to access it again.
so, in an effort to provide information and do our due diligence, a member of my community and i went through the entire modpack tonight (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/the-lighthouse) and eliminated every mod until we established that the problem is a conflict with Endergetic Expansion (https://github.com/team-abnormals/endergetic).
using ONLY waystones, everything worked correctly. using ONLY Waystones, Endergetic Expansion, and the library required (Abnormals Core), the waystones stopped working, as mentioned previously. the players could see the location listed in the waystone, but when they clicked on it, nothing happened. once Endergetic Expansion was removed from the server, Waystones started working again normally. when we re-added the rest of the modpack, Waystones continued to work normally.
there are no errors coming up, however, so i have no way to indicate whether the problem is on the Waystone side or the Endergetic Expansion side. all i know is that there is a mod conflict going on there which is keeping waystones from working correctly.
again, I would be honored to send you a whitelist to my server for testing, if that would be of use.

Endergetic Expansion is overwriting any changes made to the player during login, resulting in Global Waystones not being activated on login as they should be. This has apparently been fixed on their side, but they haven't released a new version yet.
ah HA! WOOO!!!! here's to tracking down the problems and figuring out how to fix them! :D go team!
recently upgraded my server to 1.16 and we're having this problem as well. we were running it on 1.15 and wanted to keep it going, but people have to go to each waystone to manually activate it, even those marked as GLOBAL, before they can see them in the list.
Minecraft: 1.16.5

Having the same issue on 1.16.3. We found that if someone wasn't in the server when the global waystone was placed, it doesn't register for them and the waystone either has to be broken and then placed back, or right clicked by the player having the issue (in which it gives the activated waystone text)
