Clicking on the scroll icon in the user window next to your avatar to TP back to the nearest waystone often will TP you across dimensions. I'm assuming it uses a coordinates system.

This is not a huge issue, but it would make more sense if it located the nearest in the dimension you're already in (and if there isn't one, then of course search across dimensions or nearest to starting point of overworld or something).
