Nothing to see, here, vanilla bug that was triggered by teleporting. :)

Vanilla bug, it happens no matter what method you use for teleportation - even the /tp command, which is vanilla, causes it.
Recommendation from me is to add the Bed Bugs mod too.

Another issue is that my experience is gone after teleporting from another dimension, but all comes back when gaining some XP
