Waystone not loading the area where I teleported

Describe the Issue
There's this really weird bug that happens when teleporting. It doesn't load the area around the waystone, and it's often resolved by saving and quitting. I was wondering if you guys have also experienced this glitch. It doesn't crash, it just doesn't load the area.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?
No. The reason why I don't use OptiFine, because it often cause glitches.
