Describe the Issue

Adjusting the config file has no effect. If I change the cost of warping or change the cooldown in the config, nothing changes. Even after restarting the server.

Fixed in Balm 1.8.1

I've updated to Balm 1.8.1 but it still doesn't seem to be working. In particular, my config/waystones-common.toml file is this, which should have XP costs disabled, but the default XP costs are still applying.

Interestingly, if I make the same changes to the client's config/waystones-common.toml file, then the teleports appear to correctly not require XP. However when the client actually attempts to teleport, they are not teleported, and the server console shows

[Server thread/INFO]: Rejected teleport due to missing xp
