Describe the Issue

3 free standing waystones generated within view of each other at sea level over lukewarm ocean. These did not have the structure around them the way village waystones do. All default settings.

Was just going to make a post about this, Waystones did not spawn all over like this in 1.16.5, so idk what could be causing this in 1.18

Least that one is close to shore. These are like 200 blocks out in the middle of the ocean
