There is no crash in those logs, only unrelated OpenGL errors. Is there a crashlog somewhere?

minecraft terminates hard right after clicking the Waystone, which you see in the last line of the log

I can only assume that those previous OpenGL issues resulted in some broken state that then results in the hard crash.

It would be best to see if you can narrow down what mod is causing the OpenGL issues (e.g. checking nearby blocks with special rendering).
