Waystones not generating with "When Dungeons Arise" mod also installed

Describe the Issue
As soon as I install the "When Dungeons Arise" mod, waypoint generation in the world does not happen anymore. Not sure where the fault lies, but I've narrowed it down to that mod being present causing this issue.
