Describe the Issue

Pickaxe is no longer the effective tool for mining waystones, You can still mine a waystone with a pickaxe but it takes ages takes the same amount of time to mine it with empty hand

That PR might work or I am unsure how you generate your tags mine need to add it a mineable pickaxe tag (BlockTags.MINEABLE_WITH_PICKAXE)

I think this needs to be reopened? I'm playing Create Arcane Engineering 0.1.7 and using forge Waystones version 10.2.1 I can't break the Waystone with a diamond pickaxe
