Describe the Issue

Hey there!

I noticed that the server config file waystones-server.toml is generated in the global config folder (../instance/config/) instead of the serverconfig folder within the current save (../instance/saves/world_name/serverconfig/) and therefor any changes won't take effect unless the generated file is manually moved/copied to the appropriate folder.

It should load from the normal config folder. If it doesn't, then moving the file will have to do as a workaround, since this is already fixed in Minecraft 1.17+.

This is intentional and Waystones loads server configs from the normal config folder. In 1.17+ all configs have moved back to the common config since the server configs in Forge completely missed their goal.

The problem is, that the settings are not applied unless I copy/move the config file over into the serverconfig folder in the save.
