Describe the Issue

Waystones somehow ignores MCBlockBreakEvent.
When i forbbiden waystones to be broken via Crafttweaker's MCBlockBreakEvent, it's still abel to be broken.
But, when i using /setblock command to place a waystone, it place a half of block and i can't breake this block how it will be.
