Describe the Issue

I've set the cooldown in the server config and for whatever reason, those values are not respected. It's seemingly only for the warp stone. We can use a waystone and teleport just fine otherwise.

Below is the current config for the server.

[xpCost]
	#Set to true if experience cost should be inverted, meaning the shorter the distance, the more expensive. Can be used to encourage other methods for short-distance travel.
	inverseXpCost = false

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?

Starlight and Krypton Reforged

I know it may be a long stretch but maybe something related to #523 even though it's using Fabric instead of Forge?

Can't reproduce on latest versions, is this still happening?
