Describe the Issue

When config to spawn in villages is set to false, they still spawn. Probably because of the structure change in 1.18.2 that needs fixing, might have to be changed through datapack now?

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?

Were they vanilla villages? If they were modded, there may be separate options to control waystone spawning in those mods. Testing on latest versions, the option seems to be respected for me.
