Crash on startup. Incompatibility with Phonos, doesn't crash on it's own

Here is a zip file of the mods that I used
I have performance mods but they have not caused an issue with the mod on 1.18.1
they also didn't cause an issue with waystones. I added all of them in and just waystones and it worked
