Waystone crashes and duppes the waystone

Describe the Issue
When i place a waystone down, it gets placed without being activated or asking for a name, even if i have only 1 waystone in the inventory, i can place infinite amount down, as long as i don't right click one of them, when i do, the game crashes and if i come back on, all the waystones indeed were placed dupping them, right clicking them then opens the teleport menu with the waystone being unnamed, i can mine them normally and all but if i place them again it repeats
