Describe the Issue

Warp Dust is able to be duplicated through placing another item in the center slot of a Warp Plate before the attuned shard is created and breaking the Warp Plate. This causes the plate to drop the item placed in the center slot as well as the 4 Warp Dust surrounding the central slot.

Can confirm I just discovered this in 1.19.2. You don't even need to put another item in there, you just need to take out one of the warp dusts or the flint before the shard is created, then you can break the plate and place it back down and it'll have them again. Granted, this is not extremely useful since flint, amethyst, and ender pearls aren't too hard to get, but it is still an easy way to make a ton of warp plates early on.

Even though it's small, I made a PR to fix this. It will just prevent any item pickup in the warp plate, while it's attuning :D
