I have a waystone in my village and I have placed 3 other waystones in the Nether that were connected to it. There were a few other waystones in the overworld connected to them as well. I have transported between all of them and they were all on the list when I clicked on the village waystone. This morning when I clicked on the village waystone there were no other waystones to travel to. I went to the Nether and walked to 2 of the waystones. They were both there and I reconnected to them. Any idea why they lost connection and if there is any way to get them back when this happens other than traveling overland to get to them?

So, I closed the game and ran it again and the locations are now back.
