You can get ender pearls in all 3 vanilla dimensions, but as it stands the stones that make up the waystones can only be found in the overworld. It would be great to be able to scavenge for resources in the end or nether and build a waystone to make your way back home should you find yourself stranded.

Nether could be a netherrack or nether brick texture and end could be end stone bricks or purpur. It would also be great if some end cities and some nether fortresses could spawn with these new variants.

The dye part is a bit tricky to make universal and I do think that bit of the recipe could either be changed for something more universal, or adapted to each dimension's equivalent (fungus in the nether, chorus fruit in the end).
