Describe the Issue
Crash on entering world, probably caused by incompat with TaxFreeLevels /or REI. Anyway I have no idea about the actual cause.

Yes. Listed as the modlist part in the log
This cannot be fixed in Waystones as it is TaxFreeLevel's mixin into Waystones that is failing.
