every single 1.16.5 version of the mod, upon geerating a new world freezes the game, even when the mod is alone by itself, dunno why.

turns out is was a minefractmanifest.txt issue, deleted it and now it fine

1.16.5 is no longer supported, but this is likely something related to your system since no one else running those versions encountered these issues.

You could try running it with different Java versions / launchers / instance folder locations and see if that makes any difference.

You could also try initially generating a world without the mod and adding it only after the spawn chunks have generated.

Or ideally, update to a more recent version of Minecraft.
