Describe the Issue

Playing with modpack Vault Hunters 3.11.1, on MC version 1.18.2.
Whenever I place down a Warp Plate, it creates a new shard each time, rather than 'remembering' it's symbol address, making the organization of warp plates difficult. The warp plates, while in inventory, no longer show the address in their tooltip. Each shard created will negate the previous one, and the error message "The Shard inside this warp plate has lost its attunement" comes up, which I can't find any reference to for the life of me.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?

That sounds like the intended behaviour, the warp plate will only retain its "address" if its broken with a silk touch pickaxe, otherwise breaking it will return a blank warp plate, much like how it works with normal waystones.
