Describe the Issue

Set waystones in the forest biome and in the desert biome. If teleport from forest during rain, then rain will continue even in the desert.

Cannot reproduce, does this happen only with Waystones installed? Maybe another mod such as the performance enhancers are interfering.

Yes, probably shaders (BSL_v8.2.04) and also sound mod (AmbientSounds_FORGE_v5.2.22_mc1.20.1) have some delay after teleport. Could you add some sound/video reset after teleport?

That would have to be something those mods do, since Waystones cannot account for every mod that changes visuals or audio.
