Latest waystones and balm version dont allow players to join server

That's pretty much the issue, just updating these two mods give out a java.lang.internalexception that won't allow players to join the server.
Logs
Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?
I use some performance mods like embeddium and canary, but this is not a crash issue, it might be related to what happens when a player joins the server (?)
For my Fabric server running 1.20.2, I'm using Balm 8.0.2 (latest) and Waystones 15.0.1 (old). Players with the latest Balm/Waystones can connect just fine.
I was having some Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraft.class_2960.toString()" because "$$0" is null issue when trying to connect with the latest Waystones 15.1.1 installed on the server.
Try downgrading the server's Waystones version for the time being (in my case I can't run newer than 15.0.1 else the server crashes). Or wait for a new version (I imagine one might be coming very soon).
