Describe the Issue

This is on a modified version of fabulously optimized where the mod settings were changed so that teleporting doesn't cost any XP.
The issue only occurs when editing an already placed waystone.

Changing a waystones global/interract status makes it so that your player can't interact with blocks in the world, neither place nor open.
This has been tested in both survival and creative with the same result, aswell on singleplayer and multiplayer (where it was discovered), in both variants the issue arose.

Re-starting the client fixes it, but the issue occurs when editing its status, it does however save the setting that caused the bug.
