Describe the Issue

Hi! I am a fan of waystones since I played modded minecraft in 2022. I usually make my own mod pack and waystones always does their best. However, I discovered two bugs; 1 major and 1 minor. And I will break them down below.

1 major.
Standing on warp plate at first is okay. For instance Point A - Point B is working well, BUT going back from Point B - Point A. Crash the game. Upon rejoining it keeps crashing the game as long as I am standing in the plate, I made another server member destroy it which stops the crash.

So its like as soon as a code registers me to transfer from B - A is the bug. Which is connected to the next minor bug I discovered.

1 minor.

Teleporting from Waystone point A - B is fine and B - A is fine too. Which is not a problem right, right?
Sometimes it doesn't click/the teleport do not register Lets say:

From Canada - Japan : OKAY
Japan - Canada : NO
Japan - Korea : OKAY
Japan - Philippines : OKAY
Korea - Canada : OKAY

Its also the same way to portable warpstone.

Overall it could be a bug to other mods or perhaps the new one because I played waystones 1.19.2 on 2022 there is no problem except this year. that's all and attached file is the server crash report. I appreciate the time and effort you made in this project/mod. Once I graduate this year and start earning I would love to be part of the patrons. Looking forward for the update of the bug!
