Describe the Issue

Waystones mod lets players place an entire stack of Dormant Shard in the center slot, which will only produce a single Attuned shard. Right-clicking on the block will correctly place a single item into it.

I found this piece of code, which creates it with the default count (1). This issue goes back to 14.0.1 or earlier (MC 1.20.1). My suggestion is to only let the player place in a single item, similar to an enchanting table.
