The warp plate sends back and forth when used with Dimensional Threads Reforked

Describe the Issue
By placing the two warp plates in different dimensions, when you teleport to the other side, you will be teleported back if you don't move as quickly as possible.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?

After troubleshooting, it was confirmed that Dimensional Threads Reforked was causing this issue
Will this issue ever be fixed? Or is it recommended to remove Dimensional Threads Reforked?

As it stands, unless someone else wants to analyze why this is happening or submit a pull request to fix the issue, I have no plans of investing time to deal with multi-threading performance mods.
