Disabling some crafting recipes

Is there an easy way to disable some recipes of the mod? For example, if the server admin/modpack manager wants to forbid the crafting of sharestones and scrolls, how should they do ?
Mod loader : Fabric
Minecraft version : 1.21.
Use a mod such as CraftTweaker, KubeJS or a vanilla datapack.
