Describe the Issue

When you are the driver in the boat, if you have another player or a entity riding in it with you, like a villager, and go to a waystone they both tp with you without needing to go there themselves first.

nothing appears in the log file when you do this

This isn't really a bug, but the new version now supports an is_with_passengers condition in warp requirements so warps with passengers can be configured to be refused.
