Opening a waystone crashes client game

Describe the Issue
Placing a new waystone and trying to open the waystone causes a crash. This is a client issue; others are able to open their waystone without issue. I reinstalled the modpack i was using and added my old options menu and a mod we used. Made a blackstone waystone and placed it down, name doesnt matter, had no items when opening. Here's a log from the issue below.
Server logs simply state i disconnected, i can provide them if you would like
