Waystones Version: 21.4.8
Balm Version: 21.4.17

Tested on both Client and Server side.

Step 1: Open waystones-common.toml
Step 2: Make changes to config
Step 3. Save changes, and close config
Step 4. Open waystone-common.toml again to confirm changes were made.
Step 5. Open Github to report a bug because all the changes were saved under a new file named waystones-common-(x).toml.back

Attempted deleting waystone-common.toml and renaming the duplicate were unsuccessful as well.

You can close this. I figured out the issue was a user error. I was entering incorrect values and parameters in the config.
