Waystones do not spawn in villages when using Lithostitched 1.3.5 onwards

Describe the Issue
As the title states, waystones don't seem to be spawning in villages when using a version of Lithostitched past 1.3.5. I also tried the forced waystones option, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I looked through the changelog for Lithostitched, and perhaps this is the issue:
