Describe the Issue

Placing a Waystone crashes the game and duplicates the object, creating a nameless waystone where the crash occurred.

this is on 1.21.4.
nothing else with the Waystones mod crashes, including travel.

Apologies for the rather simple report, i am new to this.

"Do a Barrel Roll" is including an outdated version of Fabric Permissions API for an older version of Minecraft, which is causing this crash.
