Add separated waystone networks

Maybe by dying with three colours like the Ender Storage mod, or by UUID, but it would be convenient to have separate networks.

This would be useful on my server for unique entrances and exits into certain areas like dungeons. I would have one waystone for the players to find, which can only go to the start of dungeon, which has another waystone that can only go back.

Other servers could use this for separated factions, maybe making players only able to make waystones for their group, or for having one long distance network, and several local networks near the waystones of the long distance network.

I feel like making a whole "separate networks" system is overkill, but I could see something like "bound waystones" for adventure maps / servers being a thing.

Bound waystones will be good enough for me, I doubt players will make their town waystones public.

But if someone maliciously gets it and abuses it, it would be nice to have some way of forcibly removing another player's access to the waystone other than breaking it and placing a new waystone. Maybe as an admin command, or the waystone owner could remove other people's access to it?
